Suitable for all of those looking for peace and quiet in close contact with nature, away from the noises of the city life, while remaining close (only 5miles) to the city of Osijek and to the city of Vukovar (25 miles), and next door to Kopacki Rit’s natural wonders.
Our Art Eco Heritage House, originally built in 1913 has been newly and fully remodeled for modern comfort and convenience. In each room, you will explore the history and heritage of our region, uniquely styled with a contemporary artistic sensibility. Innovative modern design strongly entwines with our local folk traditions to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Art Eco Heritage House consists of 8 units that can accommodate 20 people: 2 single rooms, 4 double rooms, 1 quadruple room and 1 apartment for 6 people. All rooms are equipped with every comfort to meet the needs of all guests to including private bathrooms in each room, air conditioning and heating, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, high speed internet connections, a seating area, a wardrobe, 100 % cotton sateen bed linens, a private entrance, mosquito net, bath amenities and laundry facilities. We offer Traditional Continental, Vegetarian, Vegan or American breakfast.
For common use, Pannonia Terranova has a dining room and the outdoor terrace for meal times or workshop activities. The large courtyard in front of the guests rooms can be used for exercise, recreation, group activities, and sports. A two-story studio building can be a venue for arts, crafts, meetings, classes, demonstrations, study, and contemplation.
Beyond the dining room, guests enter an orchard of plum, apricot, apple, pear and walnut trees and fragrant new fields of lavender and Aronia. There are individual lounge areas for common use perfect for relaxation and reflection. The beautiful view of the fields is complete with a hammock for a quiet moment in the afternoon sun.
About the Owners
B&B is family-owned by Jasmina Pacek and Denis Tensek.
Jasmina is an award-winning costume and set designer with international resume, MFA from the University of California, and Doctorate of Arts presented in Princeton. She designed the interiors of the B&B adding a special home furnishing touch and a story to each room nurturing the heritage but styling it with a contemporary sensibility.
Denis manages the property. He has an MBA from Sonoma State University, had worked for an international corporation in both US and Europe. His previous entrepreneurship project has been published in Harvard Business Review and is studied as a Case study in Entrepreneurship classes all over the world.
